The location of the hostel was excellent, right in the center on one of the main streets. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. The bathrooms were well-maintained and exceptional. the hostel met my expectations.

The room I stayed in was quite cramped, and the fact that I was the only girl among a group of mostly older men made me feel uncomfortable. The lack of staff presence at the reception meant there was nobody to talk to or address any concerns.

The ventilation was loud, but that's common in America.

The large social areas, like the kitchen-lounge, TV room, and meeting room, provided ample space for socializing. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was super nice and helpful. Easy parking on the street. Separate female and male bathrooms, super clean. Nice decoration throughout. Lockers in the room. Laundry with free detergent. Free food in the kitchen, including coffee, tea, oatmeal, oil, and sauce. Convenient location near Freezone rail.

The location of the hostel was perfect for my Christmas stay. It was conveniently situated near the center of the city and not too far from Buffalo's main attractions. The communal areas such as the living room and kitchen were spacious and well-maintained. Additionally, the free coffee, tea, and oatmeal provided a nice touch and saved me a few meals.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. the air circulation system in the rooms was incredibly noisy and made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably.
